Strategic Sales Executive (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Strategic Sales Executive (m/f/d) to drive our Sovereignty and Service Layers business globally. Service Layers is iC Consult’s patented IAM automation platform, combining best-of-breed Identity Security technologies with cloud-native automation and infrastructure-as-code principles – giving customers the agility of Identity-as-a-Service without giving up control over their infrastructure, data, operations, and compliance. Further information can be found in this blog post.

This role blends strategic business development, executive engagement, thought leadership, and complex multi-stakeholder sales across regions, industries, and technology ecosystems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for sovereignty and Service Layers offerings, building strategic pipeline and executive relationships across regions.
  • Executive Advisory Sales: Engage C-level executives – CIOs, CISOs, Chief Digital Officers, and government and regulatory stakeholders – as a trusted strategic advisor, leading consultative sales focused on long-term transformation outcomes.
  • Local Market Enablement: Collaborate with local Managing Directors, PCLs, and regional leadership teams to adapt global offerings to local markets and jointly execute go-to-market activities.
  • Ecosystem Development: Build strategic relationships with technology vendors, cloud providers, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to identify new partnership opportunities supporting sovereign identity strategies.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent iC Consult at executive roundtables, industry conferences, and strategic customer events, contributing to market positioning and future service innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
