Giacom are the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing all through one platform.

Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded UK Field Sales Manager to join our Connectivity leadership team.

This is a highly visible role with responsibility for some of our largest and most strategic partner relationships, a significant £50m revenue portfolio, and a team of two Senior Account Directors who are passionate about delivering results.

You'll spend much of your time in the field, building strong relationships with key partners, supporting your team, identifying growth opportunities and helping shape the future direction of our Connectivity business.

Whether you're already leading a successful sales team within the UK ICT channel or you're an accomplished strategic salesperson ready to take your first leadership role, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your career within a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, coaching and supporting a team of two Senior Account Directors.
  • Managing a portfolio generating approximately £50m in annual revenue.
  • Developing and executing the sales strategy for our strategic partner base.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts, partners and vendors.
  • Identifying opportunities for organic growth, cross-sell and new business acquisition.
  • Supporting your team through the full sales cycle, from pipeline management to deal closure.
  • Using data, insight and emerging technologies, including AI-powered sales tools, to improve performance.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Connectivity, Cloud, Mobile and Software to maximise cross sell opportunities.
  • Driving accurate forecasting, commercial performance and margin delivery.
  • Helping to develop future talent and contribute to the wider leadership agenda.

Your Experience

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience within the UK ICT channel, connectivity or telecoms market.
  • Previous sales leadership experience, or a proven record as a senior strategic sales professional ready to step into management.
  • A strong understanding of the partner-led sales model.
  • Experience managing large strategic accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • A track record of achieving revenue and margin targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate strategy into results.
  • Confidence using CRM platforms to manage pipeline, forecasting and account activity.
  • Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills.
  • The ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
