Department: Outbound (SDR)

Location: Zinc - London

Compensation: £40,000 - £50,000 / year

Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a 🚀 fast-growing team driving Zinc’s mission to revolutionise background checking. With three years of consistent 2x year-on-year growth 📈—and plans to do it again—you’ll play a key role in our continued success.

We’re looking for a high-impact Strategic SDR to fuel our revenue growth by generating and qualifying pipeline with mid-market and enterprise clients.

Why This Role

This is a step up in complexity: you're moving beyond transactional SDR work into strategic, multi-threaded selling, targeting upper mid-market accounts and expanding into small enterprise, where deals are bigger, buying groups are bigger, and the win matters more.

You'll have a GTM engineer in-house building tooling and automation to make your outreach smarter, not just louder, plus a strong, tight-knit team around you to learn from and push you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
