About the opportunity
Via is partnering with a growing B2B technology business looking for an experienced Strategic SDR to generate opportunities across its upper mid-market and enterprise accounts.
This isn't a high-volume SDR role focused purely on booking as many meetings as possible. You'll take a more strategic, account-based approach to outbound sales, researching target organisations, mapping buying groups and creating personalised outreach that engages senior decision-makers.
You'll work closely with Account Executives throughout the sales process, helping qualify opportunities and build a strong enterprise pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced SDR who has already proven themselves in outbound SaaS or technology sales and wants to develop towards an Account Executive role.
What you'll be doing
- Own outbound prospecting across upper mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Research target companies and identify high-value opportunities
- Map complex organisations and identify relevant decision-makers and influencers
- Build personalised multi-channel outreach strategies
- Generate opportunities through cold calling, email and LinkedIn
- Engage senior and C-level stakeholders
- Run discovery and qualification conversations
- Understand prospects' commercial challenges and priorities
- Qualify opportunities before progressing them through the sales process
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop target accounts
- Help shape opportunities rather than simply handing over booked meetings
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships on campaigns, events and account-based activity
- Build and optimise outbound sequences
- Use performance data to improve targeting, messaging and conversion
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity information within HubSpot
- Use Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales technology to prospect effectively
- Work towards clear pipeline, opportunity and revenue-generation targets

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience with HubSpot, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be particularly useful. Familiarity with MEDDPICC/MEDPIC or another structured enterprise sales methodology would also be valuable, but isn't essential if you have strong enterprise prospecting experience. A degree can be useful but isn't required. Relevant sales performance and experience are considerably more important.
Why apply?
- £40,000–£50,000 base salary
- £60,000–£70,000 OTE
- Strategic rather than purely high-volume outbound sales
- Work with upper mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Direct exposure to senior decision-makers
- Close partnership with experienced Account Executives
- Opportunity to develop enterprise sales skills
- Modern sales technology and GTM support
- Structured development and progression
- Collaborative, people-focused sales culture
- Hybrid working in Central London
If you're an experienced SaaS or technology SDR who has mastered high-volume prospecting and is ready to move towards more strategic enterprise selling, we'd like to hear from you.
