Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Head of Strategic Solutions EMEA to join our high-performing Enterprise team and drive the next phase of growth across the region.
This is a commercially focused leadership role, accountable for delivering significant revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, cross-sell execution, and market expansion.
Working across some of our largest enterprise clients and strategic partners, you'll lead a team responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue opportunities while shaping the long-term growth strategy for the business.
What you’ll own
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Strategic Solutions professionals responsible for delivering against a multi-million-dollar annual revenue and cross-sell target.
- Own the team's commercial performance, including target attainment, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and overall sales execution.
- Develop and execute the Strategic Solutions growth strategy across EMEA, identifying key opportunities, market priorities, and revenue levers to accelerate growth.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, ensuring disciplined sales management and predictable revenue delivery.
- Identify and remove commercial barriers to growth by partnering across Product, Pricing, Operations, Risk, and Commercial teams.
- Drive the commercialization of EMEA's relationships with card schemes and strategic partners, delivering against ambitious multi-million-dollar revenue objectives.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, helping unlock incremental revenue opportunities across existing enterprise customer relationships.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive cross-functional account strategies, improve win rates, and maximize wallet share across priority customers.
- Use data, market intelligence, and customer insights to inform regional growth plans, investment priorities, and go-to-market strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product teams, influencing future product development and commercial strategy based on customer demand and market opportunity.
- Establish clear performance metrics, operational rigor, and accountability frameworks to ensure consistent execution and delivery across the team.

What you’ll bring
- 6+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, strategic consulting, payments, or fintech environments.
- Demonstrated success leading commercial teams and consistently delivering against significant revenue, sales, and growth targets.
- Strong track record of managing sales pipelines, forecasting accurately, and driving predictable commercial outcomes.
- Experience building and executing strategic growth plans that translate into measurable revenue results.
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify, prioritize, and close complex enterprise opportunities.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making and investment priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills across senior internal and external audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
- Experience within payments, financial technology, or a similarly complex, highly regulated industry.

- Previous people leadership experience managing target-carrying sales or commercial teams.
- Experience working with card schemes, payment networks, or strategic partnerships.
- Additional European language capabilities.
- Experience in enterprise payments, acquiring, issuing, or broader financial services ecosystems.
