You've spent years negotiating, influencing, building partnerships, and creating measurable commercial value.
- Developing sourcing strategies.
- Negotiating complex agreements.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Driving cost efficiencies and commercial value.
- Influencing senior stakeholders.
- Analysing spend and identifying opportunities.
- Managing supplier and commercial risk.
- Leading strategic procurement initiatives.
You've built a career helping organisations make smarter commercial decisions while balancing cost, quality, performance, risk and long-term value.
But perhaps you've started asking yourself... "After years of creating value for organisations... what's next for me?"
Many experienced Procurement and Strategic Sourcing professionals eventually reach a point where success is no longer measured solely by the next promotion, a larger portfolio or a bigger corporate title.
They're looking for greater ownership. More flexibility. More autonomy. Work that aligns with their values. And the opportunity to apply years of commercial, leadership, negotiation and relationship-building experience in a different way.
What if your procurement and sourcing experience could open another professional pathway? Leaders Land partners with an established international organisation within the global leadership and professional development sector.
We're looking to connect with experienced Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Commercial professionals who are accustomed to taking ownership, influencing stakeholders, building relationships, negotiating outcomes and delivering measurable results.
This isn't about starting over.
It's about leveraging the professional capabilities you've already developed to explore an independent pathway for your next stage of growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
