Job Description

Our technology team is actively seeking an Strategic Technology Partner Analyst who will support Primark’s Technology Supplier Management team by turning supplier, contract, commercial, financial, risk, and performance information into clear insights and actions. Working across key technology partners, the role supports supplier governance, performance improvement, commercial decisions, value creation, and innovation, while reducing analytical and administrative workload for Partner Managers so they can focus on senior relationships, negotiations, and strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do as Strategic Technology Partner Analyst

  • Collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets.
  • Analyse supplier spend, contracts, SOWs, rate cards, demand, performance, and market developments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Turn complex information into clear recommendations and executive-ready insights.
  • Support strategic partner account plans and maintain pipelines covering value creation, innovation, transformation, investment, and cost optimisation. Track partner commitments, actions, benefits, and outcomes through to completion.
  • Coordinate supplier governance including meeting schedules, agendas, executive packs, scorecards, decisions, and actions. Prepare materials for performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive forums.
  • Review and coordinate SOWs, contracts, rate cards, renewals, and commercial dependencies. Provide spend, pricing, and benchmarking analysis to support negotiations, investment decisions, savings, and cost optimisation.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, supplier scorecards, risks, issues, and contractual obligations. Support improvement plans, third-party risk assessments, and compliance reviews, escalating significant risks or control gaps.
  • Maintain a clear view of partner relationships, commercial performance, risk, value, and account plans. Improve data quality, reporting, and processes while collaborating across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, business stakeholders, and supplier teams.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in supplier management, commercial analysis, procurement, contract management, finance, PMO, service management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience analysing financial, commercial, contractual, and supplier performance information, with the ability to present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of Statements of Work, contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, risk, governance, and supplier lifecycle activities, with experience supporting governance forums, QBRs, performance reviews, and account planning.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience producing accurate reports, executive materials, scorecards, and dashboards. Experience with data visualisation tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships, manage multiple priorities, and confidently challenge or escalate issues when required.
  • Proactive and delivery-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement, data quality, and timely completion of actions. Able to identify commercial, value, innovation, and risk opportunities while operating with integrity, sound judgement, and a genuine interest in the Primark brand.
