Strategist | Mid to Senior | London | Hybrid
I am working with a growing independent integrated agency doing some really strong work across B2B and B2C. They are looking for a Strategist to join the team and work closely with senior leadership on a range of exciting projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will help shape thinking from the outset, turning client challenges into clear, insight-led strategy that drives creative work and commercial impact.
The role:
- Develop insight-led strategies across brand, comms, and performance
- Turn complex briefs into clear, compelling strategic thinking
- Work closely with creative and client teams to bring ideas to life
- Support on campaign planning, audience insight, and user journeys
- Contribute to pitches and proactive client opportunities
- Present work and confidently contribute to client discussions

What they are looking for:
- 3 to 6 years agency-side strategy experience
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, especially digital and social
- Ability to translate insight into clear, inspiring strategy
- Confident communicator with a point of view
- Commercially aware, curious, and proactive

The package:
- £55,000 base + bonus
- 25 days holiday + Christmas closure + birthday off
- Hybrid working, 3 days in central London
