We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play.

As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

The Strategy Analyst Internship

The Strategy Analyst Internship is a 10-week off-cycle programme starting in October and open to Bachelor's, Master's, and MBA students. The role contributes to high-impact projects, working alongside senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyse business challenges and help translate strategy into actionable outcomes. Interns play an active role in delivering structured, hypothesis-driven analysis, developing insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making that drives sustainable growth. Exceptional interns will be considered for a full-time offer upon graduation.

What the role involves

  • Own analytical workstreams end-to-end: structuring problems, gathering data, testing hypotheses, and delivering clear, actionable findings
  • Contribute to the design of strategic solutions across corporate strategy, business unit strategy, and growth initiatives, from ideation through to recommendation
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations and decision materials for senior management and the Board, translating complex analysis into compelling narratives
  • Conduct research and analysis on M&A opportunities, market assessments, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making
  • Work effectively across functions, communicating findings with clarity and proactively identifying opportunities to add value

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
