Job Title: Strategy Analyst
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent
Grade: SC4
Target Salary: £53,303 per annum + £6,799 annual car allowance
Location: Peterborough

About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning data into meaningful insight?
As our Strategy Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping CITB's strategic direction. You'll use research, data, and evidence to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and influence strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders, you'll help develop and review strategic outcomes, monitor the impact of key initiatives, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that support organisational objectives.
