Freshminds is partnering with a leading global engineering organisation to appoint a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join its high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong individual to play a key role in shaping the organisation's growth agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of strategic opportunities, supporting M&A activity from evaluation through to execution, and helping drive corporate development initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic growth and acquisition opportunities.
  • Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including market analysis, due diligence, valuation and execution.
  • Conduct financial and commercial analysis of potential acquisition targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance internal databases of opportunities, market intelligence and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth plans.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years' experience within M&A, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or a related field within a leading organisation.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
  • A genuine interest in engineering, technology and innovation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within a small, high-calibre team.
