Role Description
The Strategy and Programs Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington. This role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and programs that strengthen RS Integrated Supply’s service offerings and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating project activities
- Maintaining program documentation
- Tracking milestones and deliverables
- Preparing status reports for stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze performance indicators, and identify opportunities for process improvement and alignment with business objectives
- Assisting in organizing meetings and workshops
- Supporting communication plans
- Ensuring that program activities are delivered on time and in line with agreed quality standards

Qualifications
- Strong program and project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for program management, collaboration, and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Background in supply chain, operations, or procurement environments is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence
