Role Description

The Strategy and Programs Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington. This role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives and programs that strengthen RS Integrated Supply’s service offerings and operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating project activities
  • Maintaining program documentation
  • Tracking milestones and deliverables
  • Preparing status reports for stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze performance indicators, and identify opportunities for process improvement and alignment with business objectives
  • Assisting in organizing meetings and workshops
  • Supporting communication plans
  • Ensuring that program activities are delivered on time and in line with agreed quality standards

Qualifications

  • Strong program and project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for program management, collaboration, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Background in supply chain, operations, or procurement environments is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence
