Help shape the future of the sport and physical activity sector

Are you a highly organised project professional with a passion for delivering results and driving strategic change? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same?

CIMSPA is looking for a Strategy and Project Officer to join our Strategic Delivery Team and play a key role in delivering projects, supporting organisational growth, and helping us achieve our strategic ambitions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of projects and strategic initiatives, collaborating with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while contributing to the ongoing transformation of our digital and operational landscape.

About the role

As Strategy and Project Officer, you will support the delivery of projects and strategic priorities across CIMSPA. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and Head of Strategic Delivery, you will help coordinate project activity, manage risks, support governance processes, and ensure projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.

You'll be instrumental in keeping projects on track, bringing people together, identifying solutions to challenges, and maintaining high standards of project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
