Strategy & Transformation Manager
The Strategy & Transformation Manager combines analytical insight with execution leadership. You will flex across enterprise priorities — roughly 60% strategy and analytics, 40% transformation delivery. Partnering with leaders across the Strategy & Transformation team, you will drive strategic analyses, business cases, performance insights and executive materials, while also structuring and leading defined transformation initiatives that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do:
- Build the market, customer, financial and operational analyses that underpin our enterprise strategy
- Develop business and investment cases — sizing opportunities, testing assumptions and quantifying the value at stake
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations, making the reasoning, trade-offs and risks explicit
- Track performance against strategic goals and KPIs, surfacing trends, gaps and required actions
- Partner with the Director, Strategic Operations on planning cycles, market scanning and CSO priorities
- Structure and lead defined transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to delivered outcome
- Establish the work plans, governance, milestones and success measures that turn strategy into execution
- Manage risks, dependencies and cross-functional decisions, escalating early to keep delivery on track
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear executive updates and hold teams accountable for follow-through
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in management consulting (McKinsey/Bain/BCG/Kearney/Deloitte/EY-Parthenon), private equity, venture capital or corporate strategy
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modelling and comfort with incomplete data
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, workstreams and decisions
- Programme and project management capability — work planning, governance, risk and dependency management
- Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to make complex analysis clear to senior audiences
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and follow-through
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with business intelligence tools, and interest in B2B SaaS
