Multiverse: Upskilling Platform for AI and Tech Adoption

Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce. Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In April 2026, we announced $70 million in strategic funding, led by Schroders Capital, with participation from StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and General Catalyst. At an increased valuation of $2.1bn, the round makes us Europe’s first EdTech double unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a standout candidate to join the CEO Office of one of the fastest-growing, most successful startups in the UK. We are a small team with an outsized remit: defining and driving the company strategy, diversifying our revenue through international expansion, and taking bets on new routes to market. You will support the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff across all of these workstreams. You will also project manage critical cross-functional work, giving you exposure to every part of the business and a hands-on role in our continued transformation as we scale at pace.

This is a chance to be at the forefront of workforce transformation, working inside a company that sits at the centre of how organisations adapt to AI. The analysis you produce will be used to shape the future strategy of the business, and you will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team from day one. It is an unusually fast way to learn what it takes to run and scale a business, and a strong launchpad into corporate development, international growth, or an operational role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Assess markets we might enter: sizing, competitor and regulatory landscape, entry model options, recommendations
  • Assess companies we might invest in, partner with, or acquire: meet with them, undertake desk research, build the commercial case, evaluate fit and risks
  • Coordinate and input to deal execution, including due diligence work streams across finance, legal, product, and operations
  • Support post-acquisition integration, tracking milestones and keeping the work moving across teams
  • Help define the new strategic bets we take, from new routes to market to the rollout of our new platform
  • Build business cases and track progress against OKRs

Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Project manage critical strategic work streams across the business, working with leaders in product, GTM, delivery, finance, and beyond
  • Set clear owners, milestones, and timelines, and keep work moving without waiting to be chased
  • Surface blockers early and bring the CEO Office in only where it adds value
  • Support the changes needed as we scale, from new ways of working to the launch of new products and markets

About You

  • 3 to 5 years at a leading strategy consultancy, ideally with exposure to growth, market entry, or corporate development. Backgrounds in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or high-growth operating roles will also be considered
  • Very AI literate. You use AI tools across all of your work, not just a chatbot.
  • A scrappy, entrepreneurial approach – you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and solving problems creatively. You are not a consultant in a startup, you get things done
  • Highly commercial, strategic, and a rigorous analyst. Your work informs decisions that shape the future strategy of the business, so it needs to be accurate, clear, and able to stand up to challenge from the CEO, board, and investors
  • Exceptionally organised. You never drop a ball, and people trust you to track everything
  • Genuine interest in our space. You are drawn to workforce transformation, startups, and being at the forefront of organisational change

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend), and 8 bank holidays per year
  • Health & Wellness - private medical insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub, and access to Spill - all in one mental health support
  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles, we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month
  • Work-from-anywhere scheme - you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year
  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!
