Strategy Associate - £100,000 - £120,000 base + bonus + equity – London, 5 days in office
Do you want to join a fast-growing, investor-backed InsurTech in London transforming the industry through AI and technology?
We’re looking for a Strategy Associate to sit at the intersection of Claims, Operations, Product and Data, helping turn a rapidly scaling operation into a more efficient, measurable and scalable business.
This is a highly visible ownership role for someone who can turn ambiguity into process, use data to drive decisions, challenge senior stakeholders and influence how products are built and adopted.
What you'll do
- Turn complex or inefficient processes into clear, scalable ways of working across claims operations.
- Define and use operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, measure performance and drive better decisions.
- Work closely with Product to translate real operational challenges into effective product decisions and improvements.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of new processes, systems and product features, influencing teams without direct authority.
- Provide clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders and support client communication throughout onboarding and beyond.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
