At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.
Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.
The Role
Veeva Link is transforming how the global life sciences industry connects with Key Opinion Leaders in Healthcare. Our applications span every stage of market maturity, from established industry standards to fast-growing emerging solutions, so there is always something new to learn and real room to grow.
Our Strategy team owns the market success of our products, from shaping product direction to making sure customers realize lasting value. We are now expanding the Strategy team with a new client value function, and we are looking for a highly motivated Strategy Associate to join the team.
Working side by side with our Strategy Directors, you will take direct ownership of client engagement across some of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, equip client teams to get the most from our products, and drive day-to-day product adoption.
Along the way, you will analyze user engagement trends, turn end-user insights into input for our product roadmap, and show clients how our products deliver measurable business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
