Business Delivery Manager
A leading global commodities and energy group is looking for a Business Delivery Manager to play a key role in launching and growing its new UK Power business.
This is a high-profile opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a hands-on role spanning commercial management, business operations, and project delivery. You'll help shape the business from the ground up, manage key stakeholders and partners, and drive strategic initiatives from concept through to execution.
What you'll do
- Act as a key interface between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Drive complex projects and initiatives from start to finish
- Manage contracts, commercial relationships, vendors, and deliverables
- Prepare strategic presentations and analysis for senior leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support business growth
- Leverage AI and LLM tools to improve efficiency and ways of working
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure priorities stay on track

What we're looking for
- 3-7 years' experience in strategy consulting, commercial, business operations, or a similar environment
- MBB experience highly desirable, but not essential
- Exposure to energy, power, renewables, batteries, or commodities
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with senior executives and operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded
- Strong interest in using AI/LLMs to improve productivity and business processes
