Role Description
The Strategy Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of London. The role involves analyzing client challenges, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting implementation plans across sectors such as investment, engineering, technology, and management. - Conducting market and financial analyses
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design practical solutions

The Strategy Consultant will also help clients improve leadership practices and management systems, contribute to internal research and thought leadership, and support business development activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, conduct market and sector analysis, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Consulting and management consulting experience, with the ability to structure client engagements, manage projects, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including preparing client-ready documents, presenting complex ideas clearly, and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Foundational understanding of finance, such as financial modeling, investment appraisal, and interpreting financial statements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMI) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work on-site with clients, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or strong interest in sectors such as energy, transport, agriculture, technology, or the built environment is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
