Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

The Role
As a Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants and partners to solve complex commercial and strategic challenges for clients across the life sciences sector.
You'll contribute throughout the full project lifecycle - from defining key business questions and conducting research through to analysing data, developing strategic recommendations and presenting findings directly to clients.
Projects are varied and may include:
- Corporate and growth strategy
- Commercial due diligence
- M&A strategy and transaction support
- Market entry and expansion strategy
- Competitive intelligence and market assessment
- Portfolio optimisation
- Pricing and commercial excellence
- Business transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support strategic projects.
- Analyse complex commercial, financial and market data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations for clients.
- Build financial models and commercial assessments where appropriate.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior client audiences.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage workstreams while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing.
About You
We're looking for ambitious individuals who enjoy solving complex problems and thrive in a collaborative consulting environment.
You'll likely have:
- Experience within strategy consulting, commercial consulting or corporate strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations.
- Experience working with data and developing commercial insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of workstreams.
- A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. A postgraduate qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Experience within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices or related sectors would be beneficial, although exceptional consultants from other industries will also be considered.
