Senior Strategy Consultant (Project Leader)
Company Description
At 3HORIZONS, we’re reshaping what strategy means in the real world—not as a document, but as a force for impact. We are a global strategy consultancy trusted by leading organisations across industries: from multi-billion industrial powerhouses and pharmaceutical giants to cutting-edge manufacturers and even Super Bowl champions.
Our mission is simple: help leadership teams close the gap between ambition and execution—faster, smarter, and more effectively than traditional consulting ever could.
The engine behind this transformation is the Strategy in Action System:
- Enterprise-grade software that turns strategy into live, structured workflows
- An AI intelligence engine that surfaces real-time insights, risks, and opportunities
- Certified experts who bring pace, challenge and alignment into every leadership room
Founded in 2005 and headquartered in London, with offices in New York, Turin, and Nicosia, we bring together strategy consultants, industry experts, and product innovators to deliver strategy with clarity, momentum, and measurable results.
We don’t just advise—we co-create strategy and build strategic capability inside organisations, empowering teams long after the engagement ends. 3HORIZONS has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for 3 consecutive years.
Job Description
Role: Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of employees (up to 3 people), conducting structured analyses and primary research to gain new insights that inform client recommendations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
