Strategy Consultant (German speaking)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + performance bonus (up to 15%) + benefits

Our client is a global management consulting and advisory firm partnering with international organisations across a wide range of industries. They help senior leadership teams develop and execute business strategies, delivering practical solutions that drive measurable results.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a German-speaking Strategy Consultant to join a growing consulting team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys working on complex strategic projects in an international environment. You will support the delivery of strategy, transformation, business growth, and operational improvement projects while working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end strategy consulting projects across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, business analysis, and strategic assessments
- Gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to produce actionable insights
- Develop presentations, reports, and client-ready recommendations
- Facilitate client meetings and workshops
- Support project planning, execution, and delivery against agreed timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to develop innovative solutions
- Contribute to internal consulting methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Mentor and support junior consultants when required
- Work within a fast-paced, international consulting environment

Skills & Experience
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar strategic role
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and delivering projects to deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to present complex information clearly to senior executives
- Master's degree preferred (MBA or technical background advantageous)
- Proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded
- Additional European languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) are advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
