Description

In 2024, EU Global Selling launched the Strategic Account Services (SAS) program. SAS partners with growing businesses on Amazon, providing strategic consultancy through a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-obsessed approach. As a Strategic Marketplace Consultant, you will manage a limited portfolio of Global Selling's largest and strategically important Sellers, acting as their Amazon partner to drive sustained, long-term growth on Amazon. You will navigate complex business challenges, engage with senior decision-makers, and deliver sophisticated growth strategies across Product Selection, Detail Page Optimisation, Advertising, Promotions, Fulfilment Strategy, and Brand Building.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Heads of E-commerce, Directors, and C-Suite; facilitating Joint Business Plans and Top-to-Top discussions that align Amazon and Seller growth ambitions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon teams across the EU, US and worldwide, lead projects aligned to team and director-level goals, and actively develop the program and wider team by mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices and improving processes.

As a smaller, dynamic team, we are constantly innovating across technology, processes and people to scale the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction, and enable scalable global solutions through direct cooperation with more established SAS programs. As we grow the program, they will also by required if necessary to support the recruitment and onboarding of Sellers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategically important Sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth, based on a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools and processes.
  • Analyze customer data on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals and provide strategic recommendations to maximize the sellers’ potential.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Seller portfolio. Use key metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Sellers for SAS based on a clear understanding of our Sellers and their needs.
  • Understand and utilize CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to your clients
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and EU export business
  • Manage additional projects around our Paid Service and Global Selling, which includes process improvement, tool and content development, people development, lever specialisation, and driving Global Selling solutions for Sellers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
