Strategy Consultant
People, Change & Communications | London / Hybrid - MUST HAVE EC-SUITE CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE WITHIN INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

London | Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office

We’re working with a specialist people impact consultancy that helps ambitious organisations navigate significant moments of change, including transformation, growth, new strategies, leadership change and AI disruption.
They are looking for an experienced Strategy Consultant to join their growing team and work at the intersection of strategy, engagement, change, leadership and communications.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a highly consultative role combining strategic thinking, client engagement, workshop facilitation and creative problem-solving.
You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, programme teams and creative specialists to understand complex organisational challenges, develop compelling strategies and turn insight into meaningful action.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing people, engagement, change and communications strategies
- Bringing strategic thinking to complex organisational and cultural challenges
- Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
- Designing and facilitating engaging client workshops, both virtually and in person
- Turning research, insight and client challenges into clear strategic narratives and solutions
- Working closely with creative teams to translate strategy into impactful ideas and experiences
- Developing and presenting strategy for pitches and new business opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to grow and extend existing client relationships
- Bringing emerging trends, market insight and innovation into client thinking and agency work
- Developing approaches to measurement and demonstrating how work drives mindset and behaviour change
- Contributing to thought leadership and the wider profile of the business
- Sharing knowledge and best practice across the Strategy team

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a commercially minded strategist who can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and practical delivery.
You may currently be working as a:
- Strategy Consultant
- Senior Strategy Consultant
- Strategist
- Engagement Strategist
- Change Consultant
- Employee Engagement Consultant
- Communications Strategist
- Organisational Change Consultant
You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong experience in strategy, engagement, change, communications or organisational transformation
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking
- The ability to simplify complex challenges and articulate clear, compelling solutions
- Strong workshop design and facilitation skills
- Confidence working directly with senior clients and stakeholders
- Experience developing and presenting pitches and proposals
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to identify opportunities
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work alongside creative and programme teams
- An interest in emerging trends around AI, transformation, culture, leadership and the future of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to influence, challenge and build trust in equal measure
