Our client is a UK non-profit building confidential movements of senior professionals in powerful industries. It creates protected spaces where people can share insights about the cultures, structures, norms and incentives holding their industries back, helps turn that insight into action for social and environmental change, and identifies where action could make a meaningful difference.
The organisation is growing quickly and is now building the team and capability needed to take the model further. Its ambition is to help senior executives become a meaningful force for changing organisations for the better.
About the role
They are looking for a Facilitator Lead to build trusted relationships with experienced professionals and help them contribute safely and constructively to change in their industries. This is careful, relational and intellectually demanding work. You will lead one-to-one and group conversations, help people make sense of what they are seeing, identify patterns across different perspectives and support the development of collective insight and action.

The role combines relationship building, facilitation, qualitative research, strategic thinking, systems influencing and project leadership. It requires someone who is an exceptional listener, able to piece together a complex jigsaw and genuinely interested in how people, institutions and power work. You will help shape a new form of civil society organising while working within a growing organisation that offers coaching, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to develop its approach from an early stage.
Experience they are looking for:
Ideally you will have experience working at a top strategy firm or management consultancy firm and have experience there of facilitating workshops, and of writing thought leadership reports. You may have worked at an MBB, "Big 4" or specialist strategy firm for example. You may also have an interest in the area of sustainability and circularity.
Skills required
- exceptional listening, relationship-building and facilitation skills
- sound judgement and discretion in high-trust environments
- the ability to identify patterns across complex or conflicting perspectives
- strong analytical, qualitative research and written communication skills
- experience of systems influencing, or a strong understanding of how institutions and power operate
- comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities and work without a complete playbook
- warmth, curiosity, resilience, high conviction and low ego
- a serious interest in the world and commitment to social and environmental change
