Role description:

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global top strategy consulting firm - consistently ranked among the world's most prestigious - seeking exceptionally talented students for their Analyst Programme (Graduate Role). This is a rare opportunity to work at the highest levels of business strategy, advising C-suite leaders and shaping decisions that define industries.

As a Strategy Consulting Analyst, you will:

  • Work directly with senior consultants and clients across sectors including financial services, healthcare, technology, consumer, and energy
  • Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to diagnose complex business problems
  • Build financial models, develop market sizing frameworks, and synthesise findings into clear, compelling insights
  • Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations presented to board-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate within high-performing, diverse teams in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment

Who We're Looking For:

  • Penultimate or final year undergraduate students from any UK university, any subject
  • A 2:1 degree classification or above (predicted or achieved)
  • Full UK work authorisation - you must have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving ability
  • Clear, structured communication - both written and verbal
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive to understand how businesses and markets work
  • Proven leadership, teamwork, or entrepreneurial experience (academic, extracurricular, or professional)
