Job Description
Airalo is looking for a Strategy Director to join its growing Strategy team and become a driver in shaping the strategic direction of the company. This position will support driving critical strategic initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Ideal Candidate
Must have:
- A proven track record in strategy consulting or similar roles
- Exceptional leadership, analytical skills, and deep understanding of business strategy and business planning
Responsibilities
Strategy Planning and Execution
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making across:
- Market analysis
- Competitive intelligence
- Financial modeling
- Oversee implementation of the PMO (Project Management Office), driving strategic initiatives while ensuring:
- Alignment across departments
- Tracking progress against key metrics
- Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring:
- On-time delivery
- Achievement of desired outcomes
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for:
- Company expansion
- Growth initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing regular updates to the strategy team
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for the company
Performance Management & OKRs
- Own the design and evolution of the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework
- Drive company-wide OKR cycles, including:
- Setting objectives
- Alignment
- Support and lead/co-lead monthly / quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
- Identify performance gaps, driving corrective actions with stakeholders
- Establish a performance culture, emphasizing:
- Accountability
- Transparency
- Data-driven decision-making
Corporate Development & M&A
- Prepare investor materials, participate in investor meetings as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Existing and potential investors
- Strategic partners
- Develop and maintain an M&A (mergers and acquisitions) strategy framework
- Assist in:
- Identification and evaluation of potential M&A transactions
- Due diligence
- Financial analysis
- Ensure an always up-to-date:
- Pitch deck
- Data room for the company

Investor Relations
- Facilitate communication between:
- Executive team
- Board of directors
- Prepare and distribute materials for board meetings:
- Agendas
- Reports
- Presentations
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, ensuring:
- Necessary information provided
- Timely delivery to board members
- Implement board decisions and resolutions
- Develop and implement strategies to:
- Enhance shareholder value
- Promote confidence in the company
- Address shareholder concerns and inquiries, ensuring:
- Positive communication process
- Transparency
Requirements
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as:
- Business administration
- Economics
- Finance
- Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Strategy consulting
- Corporate strategy or related fields
- Experience focused on technology or telecommunications industries
- Excellent:
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong ability to:
- Synthesize complex information
- Develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent:

- Demonstrated experience in:
- M&A transactions
