Working as part of a newly created department, this is an opportunity for someone to apply their breadth of integrated strategy experience across media, creative, data, product, general marketing and partnerships, to wide-ranging client briefs and new business opportunities.
Our client is an award-winning agency with great clients across a variety of sectors and a strong stance on people and culture excellence. Based in Central London, The Strategy Director will lead integrated strategy across key clients, backed by a great understanding of audience behaviour, media solutions and marketing best practice to deliver value for clients and unlock opportunities. This role is end to end, from devising the marketing strategy for clients, to partnering with internal teams to lead integrated solutions for UK and Europe-wide campaigns, as well as building out the insights and research proposition.

Key responsibilities:
- Devise and work with an existing team of Strategists to own the strategy across media, marketing, creative and experience for your clients, backed by insights and an understanding of audience behaviour
- Use your cross media planning experience to be the media lead for your clients, adding value at all touchpoints and influencing decisions
- Work with the wider team to contribute meaningfully to new business pitches, backed by solid insights and strategy, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and help unlock other opportunities for the agency across existing clients
- Ambassador strategy best practice, being the ‘go-to’ agency-wide, ensuring quality and effectiveness
We’re looking for:
- A senior level strategic comms planner with experience gained within an agency or client-side, capable of influencing at a senior level
- A solid marketeer, with an understanding of the full marketing process and how media, creative and experience, fit into the mix in relation to audiences and creating impact based on behavioural-led insights
- Previous experience across UK and Europe-wide brands and campaigns, able to add strategy-backed value to clients and their business at an international level
- A curious collaborator, able to work with Research and Insights, Creative, Client Services, Technology, Finance and Senior Leadership teams to drive strategic integrated marketing solutions for clients
