Brand & Communications Strategist

Department: Brand & Comms : Client Service

Location: United Kingdom

Description

At Revolt, we build brands the world wants more of.

Revolt is a global brand communications agency specializing in positive impact, working with major brands, fast-growing businesses, and NGOs.

Sat at the intersection of brand communications, impact, and business, we help brands build their corporate reputations, brand equity, and internal culture.

We operate like a hybrid between a strategy consultancy and a creative agency: intellectually rigorous, creatively ambitious, and values-driven.

Revolt is part of Anthesis, the world's leading specialist in sustainability, meaning everything we do is backed by substance and technical rigour.

We are looking for a Brand & Communications Strategist who can help organizations act and communicate meaningfully in the world. This is a strategic brand building role with a strong purpose and sustainability lens, combining commercial brand thinking with cultural and societal impact. Able to deliver cultural impact and commercial results for the brand.

The ideal candidate is someone who can turn complexity into compelling clarity: shaping brand narratives, positioning, and communication strategies that drive both business results and positive change. We are looking for someone who sees themselves a bit of a ‘Swiss army knife’ - able to adapt to different types of briefs, topics, and client challenges.

For example, they will need to be able to deliver this across a range of briefs like:

  • Brand positioning and organizational purpose
  • Brand and communication strategies
  • Creative and design briefings
  • Brand architecture and messaging frameworks
  • Internal and go-to-market and campaign narratives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
