Strategy Influencer Director

Ideally can come into our TVC offices 2-3 days per week
We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Strategy Director, Social to join our team, helping to stabilise and scale a complex global social and influencer account.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day strategic and operational management of the accounts social and influencer business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading strategic coordination across multiple social and influencer accounts.
- Helping to bring structure, clarity and consistency to a complex global account.
- Developing ideas and recommendations rooted in emerging social and content trends, working closely with production teams to bring them to life.
- Shaping larger strategic outputs that contribute to long-term social planning and direction.
- Working closely with creative and production teams to ensure strategy translates into compelling, effective always-on social content.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has significant experience in social strategy, ideally at Director level or equivalent.
- Has a strong background working across always-on social and influencer programmes.
- Is experienced in working closely with creative and production teams, bridging the gap between strategic thinking and execution.
- Can confidently navigate and coordinate multiple accounts, stakeholders and priorities.
