Strategy Director – Brand & Customer Experience

I’m recruiting for a hands-on Strategy Director to work with a global consumer brand, helping activate its new brand strategy across international markets, sub-brands, and product launches.
Working within a collaborative team of creatives and strategists, you’ll connect consumer insight, brand communications, and customer experience to deliver campaigns and journeys across online and offline channels.

The role will involve:
- Turning brand strategy into communications propositions, creative briefs, and global campaign toolkits.
- Using qualitative and quantitative research to inform consumer journeys, concept development, and campaign testing.
- Adapting masterbrand creative for different markets, languages, and regulatory requirements.
- Owning client relationships and advising senior stakeholders.
- Leading workshops and taking strategic workstreams from insight through to delivery.
- Connecting brand and customer experience initiatives to commercial outcomes.

We’re looking for:
- Strong consumer brand experience, preferably across FMCG, CPG, or retail.
- Director-level experience in brand, communications, and customer experience strategy.
- Experience delivering multi-market campaigns and brand activation.
- Confidence combining research and data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Excellent client engagement, executive communication, and facilitation skills.
- A hands-on approach, comfortable producing briefs and deliverables as well as leading multidisciplinary teams.
