Strategy Director | SEC Glasgow | Full-Time Permanent

Up to £80,000 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 27 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We are Levy

We are a visionary venue partner. We design and deliver bespoke guest experiences that prioritize people and the planet.

Trusted by some of the world’s most iconic stadiums, entertainment venues, and major events – including Wimbledon, Twickenham, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Edgbaston, the SEC and Excel London – we bring experiences to life with passion and precision.

Our mission is to succeed the right way. From pioneering tech and seamless operations to show-stopping menus and exceptional service, we use insight and innovation to understand guests, improve the customer journey, reduce environmental impact, and support local communities.

We are a passionate, diverse team of venue specialists dedicated to making the planet better for future generations.

Strategy Director - The Role

The Strategy Director will lead the growth and capital investment agenda for the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), with a clear mandate: to conceive and shape the ideas, propositions and capex projects that establish SEC as a clear destination venue in Scotland across its Conference & Events (C&E) and Retail operations.

This is a conceptual and business-development role rather than an operational one. You will originate the bigger-picture growth ideas, translate them into robust, investable business cases, and work alongside key stakeholders - both within Levy and with the client - to take those concepts from vision through to funded, deliverable projects. You will report into and work closely with the Venue Director, who holds overall accountability for the venue and sponsors your agenda at senior level.

You will be high-profile within the growth and development community around SEC, working collaboratively with Levy UK & I’s central teams, the client’s development and planning functions, and external partners to deliver ambitious, long-term change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
