Overview

TTB Sport exists because we believe sport is one of the most powerful, most undervalued forces for creating measurable value in people's lives, and that this value, commercial and social, is still waiting to be properly unlocked across the industry. This role is where that belief becomes a business: it is core to building TTB Sport's central strategic function, with a mandate to lead our Social Impact and Rights Holder advisory work as the primary focus.

This is a rare opportunity to help build something from early stage, inside a business with real ambition and the client roster to match. You will work directly alongside Nick Pryde and senior leadership, backed by world-leading impact intelligence experts, and brilliant project managers who turn strategy into delivery. You will be trusted to think big and expected to get stuck into making it happen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Partner Leadership: Lead senior relationships across rightsholders, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term impact for every partner.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of ambitious strategic programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners, supported by our project management team, to meet strategic objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new strategic advisory opportunities, particularly organic growth with existing clients, including adoption of TTB Sport's social impact technology, 'xi'.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent TTB Sport externally as a voice on the intersection of rightsholder, brand and social value strategy, championing the belief that sport's value is there to be unlocked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
