The Role
Strategy Director – Integrated & CX - immediate start
Our client needs a passionate and dynamic Strategy Director for a 6-month FTC and another to work on a CRM/CX client on a temp to perm basis. Clients are in the travel and FS realm. You will be expected to deliver autonomously and have the gravitas to shape strategies with their most senior clients.
You will:
- Lead strategy across assigned accounts, ensuring channel-specific and cross-channel thinking stay joined up.
- Shape integrated comms plans across social and VOD, extending into OOH and TV where the brief calls for it.
- Own and evolve CRM programmes and customer journeys, using data to identify opportunities and prioritise interventions.
- Present strategic recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Act as the senior strategic point of contact across accounts.
- Partner with clients to understand business goals, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build trusted relationships quickly.
- Partner closely with the wider agency, bringing brand planning fluency to joint conversations and sharing CRM best practice.

You must have creative agency experience in integrated comms planning, predominantly social, CRM, and VOD, sometimes extending to OOH and TV.
- Solid experience in integrated comms planning, with particular strength in social and VOD.
- Comfortable extending integrated thinking into OOH and TV as briefs demand.
- Happy with the macro and the micro: from big-picture channel strategy to the detail of a content or channel plan.
- Confident presenting to and persuading clients, comfortable in strategic and creative conversations.
- Good analytical skills, able to turn research and data into clear, usable insight.
- Confident stepping into an existing team and existing client relationships quickly, with a can-do, get-stuck-in attitude.
- Equally happy in the detail of a journey map and the bigger brand debate.
- A natural collaborator who builds trust fast with clients, creatives, and the wider agency.
