Strategy Director | London, England | Hybrid | [Perm]

Introduction

We're looking for a Strategy Director to lead and evolve the strategy practice of an ambitious global brand and experience studio.

You'll shape the thinking behind work for global companies and startups, turning complex challenges into clear strategies, compelling narratives and big ideas that connect across visual, verbal, spatial and digital experiences.

The Opportunity

Role Purpose

As Strategy Director, you'll champion rigorous strategy and creative strategy, while leading the development of the wider strategy discipline.

You'll work closely with Creative Directors, Client Services and multidisciplinary teams to shape project approaches, develop strategic tools and ensure strategic integrity from the first insight through to the final experience.

Impact

You'll help define the ideas that give brands their meaning and voice, while building trusted relationships with senior clients and influencing decisions with clarity and confidence.

You're a confident communicator who can build trust quickly, present complex thinking simply and bring people with you. You're equally comfortable setting the strategic direction and getting hands-on with project teams.

You'll bring experience across brand strategy, creative strategy, positioning, insight and innovation, alongside a genuine interest in developing people and ideas.
