About the Role

We're looking for a Strategy Executive to join our growing London team. This is a support role for someone who loves research, spotting patterns, and turning them into strategic opportunities for clients.

You'll work closely with our senior strategists and other experts across a range of accounts, helping develop and review strategies, building and editing client reports and keeping on top of trends across the wider marketing and cultural landscape. This is a real opportunity to build career in strategy at a fast-growing agency leading the way in AI visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Help to craft insight-led strategies that define how brands show up across the digital landscape.
  • Create, edit and maintain client reports and presentations to a high standard in PowerPoint.
  • Conduct research using tools such as Profound and YouScan, alongside wider desk research, to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Scan for trends across digital, culture, media and category, proactively surfacing insights that identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Help prepare materials for client meetings and pitches, making sure content is clear, accurate and well presented.
  • Work across a range of clients and sectors, building broad experience that you can apply across our portfolio.
  • Create regular reports and social posts on trends across digital channels and the cultural landscape for the agency and its owned channels.
  • Bring curiosity and energy to every brief, collaborating closely with AI search, content, social, influencer, creative and account teams.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a strategy, planning, research or insight role, ideally agency side.
  • Comfortable learning how to work with tools like Profound and YouScan to deliver insights on the AI and social landscape.
  • Curious about the evolving AI search landscape and how it is changing the way brands are discovered and found.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills, able to build clear, well structured, visually strong reports and presentations.
  • A solid understanding of the digital landscape, including social, search and content, and how these channels work together to build brands.
  • A genuine interest in brands, culture and how audiences behave, online and offline.
  • Comfortable working with data to support recommendations, without needing to be a specialist analyst.
  • Highly organised, proactive and keen to learn, with the confidence to flag insights and ideas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
