Management Consultant
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $245–$280/hour

About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Management Consultants with expertise in business strategy, structured problem-solving, business analysis, market research, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and business writing to contribute to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.
You'll apply your consulting expertise to evaluate how AI models approach complex business problems, develop high-quality prompts and reference solutions, and provide structured feedback designed to improve AI reasoning and decision-making to an expert level.
No prior AI experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated responses to complex business strategy and consulting-style problems.
- Develop high-quality prompts, model answers, case scenarios, and detailed feedback.
- Apply structured consulting frameworks to assess reasoning quality, analytical depth, and problem-solving approaches.
- Identify gaps, assumptions, inconsistencies, and weaknesses in AI-generated business analyses.
- Analyze complex scenarios involving business strategy, market research, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Provide clear, evidence-based feedback to improve AI model performance and reasoning.
- Collaborate with project teams as evaluation guidelines and frameworks evolve.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professional consulting judgment.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional experience at a top management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or a similar consulting organization.
- At least part of the consulting experience should have been within the past 7 years.
- Strong expertise in business strategy, structured problem-solving, and business analysis.
- Excellent skills in market research, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong business writing and communication skills.
- Excellent ability to break down complex problems into structured, logical frameworks.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
- Excellent written English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on strategy, corporate development, market entry, operations, or financial analysis engagements.
- Experience developing consulting case studies, business frameworks, executive presentations, or strategic recommendations.
- Experience evaluating complex analytical or strategic work products.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, AI model evaluation, or AI training projects is a plus.
- Strong experience communicating recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $245–$280/hour.
- Hourly contract engagement.
