Strategy Manager
A privately owned, mental health provider is recruiting a Strategy Manager to join their newly formed transformation and change team. Reporting into the Director of Transformation, you'll be specifically aligned to the clinician area of the business - an area that is rapidly growing.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, whilst also being tasked with solving a number of business challenges - one minute you could be overseeing the rollout of remote desktops for their clinicians, the next minute you could be solving how to deal with a system outage (not the tech, but what impact it has on their clinicians, patients etc).
You'll likely have experience in a start-up/scale-up environment, be comfortable with ambiguous requirements and have the ability to solve problems across a myriad of business areas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
