Job Description
As Strategy Manager, you will report to the Strategy Director to turn high-level vision into operational momentum. This high-ownership individual contributor role involves leading growth-strategy workstreams, supporting M&A reviews, and providing critical board-level insights. You will serve as a commercial sparring partner, optimizing sales effectiveness and capital allocation across a fast-scaling platform.

What You Will Do
- Identify and prioritize top sales targets, scoping new plays for distributed infrastructure, home heating models, and strategic partnerships.
- Own the monthly management report and provide strategic insights for executive meetings, annual strategy days, and M&A reviews.
- Stress-test commercial thinking and financial models for project bids, ensuring accuracy in unit economics and capital allocation logic.
The ideal candidate
- ~4-6 years of experience in high-trajectory environments such as startups, scale-ups, or PE operating-partner roles.
- Strong commercial and financial literacy with the ability to build business cases and manage investment logic without hand-holding.
- Ability to work across "flight levels," from big-picture market trend analysis down to granular financial model accuracy.
