3105 - Strategy Manager - UK
Role Summary and Impact
B2B Strategy at MFG is a small, highly collaborative and high-performing team. We focus on learning and growing together, and go above and beyond to deliver shared success for our team and clients.
We’re looking for the right person to join our team as Strategy Manager, supporting strategic planning for Google B2B products targeting businesses of all sizes from SMBs to Enterprises.
This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the world’s most iconic brands and help show how AI is transforming the way businesses operate. You’ll play a key role in spotting opportunities, solving challenges, and delivering media strategies that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and surface trends in key markets and relevant B2B industries through either snapshot or deeper reports.
- Track and analyse competitor activity to help shape our strategic approach.
- Identify the most valuable audiences to target, based on research and insight.
- Ensure alignment between marketing objectives, campaign KPIs, creative messaging, and audience needs to help develop the best comms strategies and most effective media plans.
- Ensure that media plans reflect local nuances and audience needs across EMEA, and help bring the local context into campaign performance evaluation.
- Spot new channels and tactics to test, based on where our audiences are and how they consume media.
- Participate actively in strategic brainstorm sessions (understanding the logic & components and contributing to the conversation).
- Collaborate across disciplines, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Develop engaging reports and presentation materials, writing key sections of strategic decks and delivering clear narratives.
- Represent B2B Strategy through developing narratives and presenting within the global internal all-hands.
- Manage multiple research tasks and strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are high quality.
- Organise and maintain strategic resources, research findings, and project documentation.

Skills and Experience
We’re looking for candidates with experience in media or marketing.
You might already be an early-career strategist/researcher, or working in another discipline with a sharp eye for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Skills & Mindset:
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of emerging media platforms, partners, and formats.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive learning in the AI space.
- Responds constructively when things change and remains effective in ambiguity.
- Ability to organize and enrich data to support crafting hypotheses and surfacing insights.
- Comfortable communicating ideas clearly and confidently.
- Familiarity with audience planning tools (fluency a plus, but willingness to learn matters most).
- Strong fluency with Excel or Google Sheets, and confidence with the full Google Workspace or MSFT Office suites.
Experience in media or marketing within B2B is preferred.
