Strategy Manager – Global Media & Communications
London | £50,000 + Benefits
4 days per week onsite (1 day WFH)
As part of the continued growth of our Client's major global client partnership, they are now building out their strategy team and looking for 2x Strategy Managers to support a portfolio of HUGE global brands.
These are European and global-facing roles, with a particular focus on audience strategy, consumer insight and communications planning.
This is not a pure analytics or reporting position. The team is looking for strategists who can take audience data, research and market insight and answer the more important question: what does this actually mean for the brand and its communications?
The opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong audience and insight foundation who wants to broaden their experience and develop into a more rounded communications strategist.
The Opportunity
- Help develop and deploy global and regional strategies across major food and snacking brands.
- Bring a strong audience and consumer insight perspective to strategic briefs.
- Work across audience strategy, annual media strategy, product launches, market expansion and broader communications challenges.
- Partner with local teams across international markets to bring local insight into global strategic thinking.
- Work alongside experienced senior strategists while progressively taking greater ownership of strategic projects.
- Develop from an audience and insight-focused strategist into a broader, rounded communications strategist.
Responsibilities
Audience & Insight Strategy
- Explore and define priority audiences across major consumer brands.
- Use data, research and insight to understand audience behaviours, motivations and opportunities.
- Translate audience understanding into clear strategic implications for brands and communications.
- Help develop audience strategies across global and regional briefs.
- Identify insights that can unlock broader communications thinking.
- Bring a clear strategic point of view rather than simply reporting what the data says.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
