What You Can Expect:
Strategic Planning & Governance
- Support the development of the regional and country corporate strategy and assist in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources and ensure alignment between global strategy, regional objectives and country execution plans.
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that drive measurable improvements in business performance, organizational effectiveness and long-term growth, taking full ownership from opportunity identification through implementation and successful execution.
- Support with definition of budgets and monthly performance reviews.
Performance Management & Business Intelligence
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and to support management decision-making.
- Monitor key business KPIs and establish reporting structures for strategic initiatives.
- Benchmark country and departmental performance against internal and external best practices.

Executive Support
- Prepare communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and participate in management reviews, strategic workshops and leadership forums.
- Track key decisions and follow up on agreed actions
- Coordinate special assignments from Senior Leadership
- Represent Senior Leadership in selected meetings or projects where appropriate

Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency and collaboration within the geographical scope.
- Lead and support digitalization initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Promote best-practice sharing across European countries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.
What You Bring:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in strategic positions within the Logistics Industry or Management Consulting, Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus.
- Track record of successful high-impact project implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with the ambition to progress into future management positions.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business impact.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Ability to think strategically while ensuring operational execution.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to undertake international assignments and relocate within Europe during career progression.
