Spanning over 50 nationalities across 10+ global locations, our diverse cultures aren't a checklist; they are the competitive advantage driving our innovation. This is a people-first, high trust environment where you’ll have the autonomy to make a massive impact, own your work end-to-end, and grow through broad exposure, meaningful challenges, and continuous learning. We get things done, challenge respectfully, put the customer first, and recognise that our biggest successes are those we create as a team. If you’re ready to leave your footprint on global commerce, join us.
The Purpose
As a Strategy Manager, Growth Initiatives at PPRO, you will play a critical role owning our growth initiatives portfolio end-to-end — the process behind it, the existing initiatives that make it up, and the pipeline of new bets that feeds it.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role for a senior operator who thrives in ambiguity and is comfortable owning outcomes with a high degree of autonomy and relatively little guidance. You will work across our portfolio of high-priority growth initiatives — driving coordination, collaboration and action against ambitious timelines. Where something doesn't yet have an owner, or needs to be proven out before we commit real resource to it, you'll drive it yourself: quickly ideating, testing, and bringing a clear kill-or-continue call.
You will report directly to the VP of Strategy & Growth and work closely with senior leaders, including Exec, across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Risk, and Legal to turn strategic intent into tangible business outcomes.
Responsibilities Include
Growth Initiative Ownership & Execution
- Own the growth initiatives portfolio end-to-end: the process, the existing initiatives, and the pipeline — without necessarily being the hands-on owner driving every individual initiative yourself
- Translate strategic hypotheses into concrete plans, milestones, and delivery
- Own success metrics for your initiatives and ensure they deliver measurable business impact
- Identify risks and dependencies early, and work pragmatically to resolve them.
- Quickly ideate and test new growth opportunities, and bring a clear kill-or-continue recommendation before we commit material resource.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work hands-on with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Risk, and Legal teams to drive progress.
- Corral and align the owners actually driving each initiative, and influence senior stakeholders – hold them to clear goals, priorities and timelines
- Maintain momentum across complex, cross-functional initiatives operating in ambiguous environments and ensuring we’re focused on the highest-ROI work at any point in time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
