Strategy Manager
This is a fixed-term contract of 2 years.
At Amazon, we're working to be the most Customer-centric company on earth. A customer experience that we’re constantly re-inventing is how we fulfill and deliver customers' orders. We're doing so by building a world class last mile operation capable of exceeding the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible by building a network of entrepreneurial owned and operated small businesses (called the DSP program).
We are hiring a Strategy Manager to support the DSP program across all International Regions (EU, APAC and MEATR). This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across both internal stakeholders and with Amazon’s DSPs on products, programs, and technologies that improve the Amazon customer experience.
This role will be responsible for developing and iterating our strategy across regions, ensuring that our offering to DSPs remains compelling for the community and meets the needs of the business. The role will tackle new, emerging and ambiguous problem statements. One day you might be helping to define new revenue opportunities for our DSP partners, the next partnering with the fleet team to define new methods of transport, and the day after that you might be leading cost reduction efforts. It is a deliberately broad and ambiguous role that will suit someone excited by an undefined charter and the opportunity that brings. The individual will need to build the mechanisms, processes and roadmap for their scope; it is a true greenfield opportunity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
