Strategy Manager – PN International

The Opportunity

The Strategy Manager will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives across PN International. Reporting to the Strategy Director, this role is ideal for a highly analytical, collaborative, and curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving meaningful impact through strategic thinking and execution.

This is a permanent, full-time position reporting into the Strategy Director.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an objective, in-house strategy consultant to help set our strategic priorities with leadership, architect mid/long-term strategic solutions, solve our most pressing performance challenges, and align/mobilize change across the business
  • Lead the development and execution of the organization’s multi-year strategic plan and oversee annual strategy review processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and board-ready materials, distilling complex insights into clear recommendations that influence C-suite and senior leadership decisions.
  • Direct advanced research, data analysis, and strategic synthesis to shape executive decision-making, proactively identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities with significant business impact.
  • Own the design and delivery of high-profile strategic initiatives, driving project governance, stakeholder alignment, and benefit realization across multiple business units.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, building consensus among diverse stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless execution of enterprise-wide strategic projects.
  • Frame and solve complex business challenges, leading structured analyses, hypothesis development and solution design that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain a forward-looking external perspective, shaping organizational strategy by monitoring industry dynamics, competitor activity, and macroeconomic developments, and advising leadership on implications.
  • Institutionalize best-in-class strategy processes, tools, and frameworks, continuously enhancing organizational agility, scalability, and strategic execution capability.

The Skills you will bring to the team

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business transformation, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives at scale.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Exceptional problem solving - ability to be hypothesis-driven, drive from analysis to insights and implications, be comfortable taking in data and input from a variety of different sources, and to be structured and logical in thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and influence enterprise-level strategy, synthesize complex information, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and adept at leading multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic thinker with a global perspective, able to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and contributing.
