Join LENKIE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED as Strategy & Operations Lead to drive company-wide performance during a period of hyper-growth. You will work directly with the leadership team, leading quarterly goal-setting, supporting debt and equity fundraising, and executing high-priority cross-functional projects. What You Will Do
- Lead quarterly goal-setting and performance management processes, translating company strategy into actionable priorities and tracking progress against key business metrics.
- Support debt and equity fundraising efforts by building sophisticated financial models, managing data rooms, and drafting compelling investor updates for prospective partners.
- Execute strategic initiatives across pricing, product, and partnerships to improve operational efficiency and identify new commercial opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate
- Holds 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong background in analytical and strategic roles.
- Possesses advanced financial modelling skills and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrates a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate complex topics clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
