Strategy & Operations Manager

About Us

We provide MSPs (Managed Service Providers) with the fundamental technology they need to manage and secure Microsoft 365 at scale and deliver AI services. Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!

About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Strategy & Operations Manager to work across the business on some of our highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, creating structure, and turning ideas into execution. You will partner with teams across inforcer, often stepping into important areas where there is not yet an obvious owner. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead high-priority strategic and cross-functional projects from problem definition through to implementation. Such as;
    • Designing what a trusted company-wide data layer should look like and how teams use it
    • Defining how we measure ramp and productivity across the organisation
    • Building repeatable playbooks for areas such as product launches
  • Turn ambiguous business challenges into clear, structured plans and drive them forward with pace and ownership
  • Leverage company data layer to make decisions
  • Tackling new operational challenges as the company scales
  • Own OKR and Rocks reporting, helping to maintain visibility, accountability, and follow-through against company priorities
  • Support company-wide planning cycles and continuously improve the processes, operating rhythms, and systems we use as we grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
