As a Strategy & Ops Manager, you are the engine room of the business.
You will work alongside the founders and product leads to drive and evolve the Deblock vision.
Your speed, efficiency, and eye for detail will drive success across the Deblock product. You are self-guided and are driven to solve problems which define an industry.
We want to revolutionise the FinTech industry. Create a new paradigm. And we need the best minds to do it.
What you’ll be working on
- Strategic problem-solving: Diagnose complex product and business challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion.
- Ground-up analytics: Build the data foundations needed to make good decisions: defining metrics, running analyses, and surfacing insights that inform strategy.
- Cross-functional execution: Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations keeping diverse workstreams moving in sync.
- Workflow and systems design: Design and implement scalable workflows spanning RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.

Requirements
What we are looking for
- STEM degree
- Love to learn and are innately curious
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to solve problems
- Ruthless prioritisation skills and incredibly organised, a project management pro
- Workflow builder; running multi functional workflows across RAG, Reasoning, and Agentic systems.
- Team players: Collaboration, no-blame-game, mindset
