About the Role
Navan is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to help drive execution across Specialty Travel & Events. The Specialty Travel & Events team owns verticals including Professional Services, Healthcare Professionals, Production and Media, and others. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives to further mature these service offerings, advancing Navan’s mission to make travel easy for every frequent traveler.
In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy & Operations Director to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, coordinate stakeholders across the organisation, build quantitative analyses and dashboards, and help ensure leadership has a reliable view of performance, progress, risks, and decisions.
What You'll Do
Cross-functional programme leadership
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to improve and scale Specialty Travel & Events service offerings, consistent with the organisation’s biggest priorities.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and create alignment among stakeholders with different priorities. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and other teams across the organisation.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate decisions with sound judgement and appropriate urgency.

Drive strategic initiatives for senior leadership
- Partner closely with the Strategy & Operations Director and senior leaders to turn emerging priorities into focused initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Support the development and ongoing management of leadership operating cadences, including priority-setting, business reviews, and follow-up mechanisms.
- Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous projects that arise from changing business needs.
Leverage business insights to solve problems
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to build analyses, dashboards, and reporting to understand business performance.
- Develop reporting that gives leaders and cross-functional teams a clear view of performance and progress.
- Leverage these insights to inform executive decisions.
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of professional experience in strategy and operations, business operations, programme management, consulting, or a related field. Experience in a high-growth tech company is strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering through others without relying on formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, resilience, and a collaborative working style.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills a plus, including experience building analyses and business intelligence reporting.
