About the Company

CodeWall is building the future of cybersecurity: autonomous AI agents that think and operate like elite hackers, continuously finding and proving vulnerabilities before real attackers can exploit them. We recently closed a $4 million pre-seed round—the largest ever for a UK cybersecurity startup—backed by exceptional investors. Our technology is already producing extraordinary results. CodeWall’s agents have uncovered critical vulnerabilities across major global platforms, including an unauthenticated endpoint exposing 3.17 trillion rows of data, hardcoded credentials found in under 18 minutes and a CVSS 9.8 organisation takeover created by chaining four seemingly harmless weaknesses. Our ambition is to build the world’s best AI super hackers and the defining offensive-security company of the AI era. Read our manifesto and research at codewall.ai.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, curious and ambitious Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with our founder and CEO across growth, commercial strategy, operations and special projects. This is a hands-on role at the centre of the company. You’ll move between strategic thinking and detailed execution—turning ideas into action, building the systems behind our growth and helping CodeWall scale. For the right person, this is a genuine route into a Chief of Staff or COO role within 24 months.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
